Two months ago my boyfriend and I had very limited knowledge about the home buying process. We were referred to Stephanie and I could not be more thankful that we were! Stephanie took the daunting task of finding and purchasing our first home and made it fun!


Before beginning our house hunting journey we met with her at Panera to go over the things we were wanting in a home and get an overview of the process of buying a home from start to finish.


Stephanie quickly learned our likes and dislikes in a home and helped us find the home we purchased. She was with us every step of the way and made absolutely sure we were never pressured into purchasing a new build by salespeople. Working with Stephanie we could clearly see through both her actions and her words that she wasn’t just trying to sell us any house. The homes we looked at initially were new builds. As first-time homebuyers we were quickly excited envisioning what could be. Stephanie encouraged us to not get too starry eyed and to look at resale homes as well prior to making a decision.
